A: We asked around and found out that in Luxembourg, the mindset and dynamic of life are different. We adapted each component of the programme to fit their lifestyle. We were inspired by science papers and 5:00 am seemed a little too early for our lovely Luxembourg residents, so we moved it to 5:55 am.
